Global talent director, keynote speaker, and writer — here to share what a decade of building teams across cultures and continents actually taught me.

The line every hiring team is pretending they've already drawn — and a clear-eyed framework for drawing it before it costs you a great candidate. My session on the LinkedIn Talent Connect 2026 stage.

I'm a global talent director with more than a decade building the people side of growing companies. I help businesses build scalable talent engines — designing hiring functions, standing up global capability centers, and building out teams across the US, Japan, and APAC, including India, the Philippines, and Mexico.
I think about talent as a whole system — the employer brand that draws the right people in, the business partnership that keeps people strategy and hiring aligned, and the compensation and total rewards that shape real decisions. I've led a full employer-brand rebuild, and I know which of those levers actually move the needle.
I'm bilingual in English and Japanese, I've led teams in-market, and I've seen how hiring really works from the inside — the good, the broken, and the parts most people won't say out loud.
Now I speak and write about talent, teams, and how great companies actually get built. This is where I share the honest version — on stages, in writing, and on my website for job hunters, Ask the Recruiter.
